FAQs

How do I access the studio? New!

Each VCC Member will now have a unique access code for entry.

Important:
Access codes are unique to you only. Please do not share access codes with others. Any misuse is a violation and will result in getting blacklisted with a report to the authorities.

Can I pause my membership? New!

Memberships can be put on pause with the following conditions: 


Duration of Membership:

1 Month: No pause allowed
3 Months: Pause your membership for 1 week New!
7 Months: Pause your membership for 1 week x2 (Total 2 weeks) New!
12 Months: Pause your membership for 1 week x4 (Total 4 weeks) New!

Do you provide storage? New!

All VCC Members can now store all their tools and clay in their own dedicated storage area. The VCC Members only area has expanded allowing more space for more personal works

What is the VCC Gallery? New!

We intend to gradually build an online gallery for VCC Members only, to showcase their works as artists, where all VCC Members will get their own dedicated profile page on our Ves website. 

In addition, we intend to work with partner galleries who will be able to help identify, nuture and showcase VCC Members who have the potential to take on their artist role professionally

What are the new procedures for purchasing of items, firing etc?

We are in the midst of developing a VCC members only online portal for easy of purchasing clay, tools, firing and more. Members will soon have full control over their memberships entitlements. Along with this we are in the midst of launching perks and discounts, including collaborations with other partners. Please stay tuned for the updates!

What are the studio cleaning guidelines?

After your session:
  • Remove all clay from the sink and dispose of scraps properly.
  • Mop affected areas with clean water (avoid using muddy water).
  • Thoroughly clean wheels and wooden boards.
Clay scraps:

Reclaim your own clay; do not dispose of scraps in our buckets.

Can I use communal aprons?

We encourage you to bring your own apron for hygiene purposes.

Communal aprons are available if needed but must be:

  • Washed with provided detergent after use.
  • Hung on the rack to dry.
