7-week Intermediate Course
This course is for those who have done at least 2 beginners extension classes. In this 7-week course, students will be introduced to heavier clay weights to improve on throwing bigger cylinders and bowls in the 1st week. In the subsequent weeks, they will also be introduced to making pieces in sets, bottle forms, vases and how to trim narrow-neck bottles. In the 7th session, Students will learn how to glaze and decorate their pieces. All works will be fired after the 7th class, and can be collected one month after.
The cost of this course includes clay, use of wheel and equipment, materials for decorating and glazing, and firing. Basic tools (for you to keep!) will be under separate costs. This course holds a capacity of 8 students to provide close individual guidance.
